Sadly, summer is winding down, but fresh local apples soften the blow; and Doug’s newest brunch time creation, utilizes them to perfection. Doug is roasting fresh, beautiful apples from our friends at Rittman Orchards to better seal in the natural sweetness and intensify the deep apple flavor. Then he’s piling them atop one of our most popular brunch favorites, our luscious almond stuffed French toast . Roasted apple, almond stuffed, French toast will be served for a limited time. It’s a special dish that highlights just how wonderful eating seasonally can be. Come to brunch this Saturday or Sunday from 10am till 2pm and give it a try. The apple harvest is in full swing and Northeast Ohio farmers grow some of the very best.
