lousiana shrimp, lobster, with pickled peppers,
brioche croutons, crème fraiche, and fresh herbs

east and west coast oysters
east coast oyster with fresh horseradish, sabayon, and grains of paradise
west coast oyster with heirloom tomato gelee, shallot, and chervil
sauvion muscadet, france

seared hawaiian tuna and dungeness crab
savery’s lettuce, local nectarine vinaigrette, cucumber emulsion and radishes
terlano pinot grigio, italy

portugese style seafood stew
manilla clams, george’s banks scallops, farm raised pompano, calamari, dry cured sausage,
grilled croustade, and petite market potatoes and pole beans
churchill duoro rose, portugal

pan roasted farm raised barramundi
lucky penny feta and herb gnocchi,  grilled zucchini, local black garlic,
arugula and heirloom tomato vinaigrette
lafage  “novellum” chardonnay, france

wild alaskan salmon
alaskan king salmon, with crispy eggplant fritters, tandoor roasted red pepper coulis,
