summer roll shoyu marinated tofu and asian vegetable

chilled mango and hawaiian hot pepper soup basil oil and micro-herbs

“local” mesclun and hearts of palm salad maui onion, crystallized ginger, taro chip and sesame vinaigrette

traditional ahi poke sashimi marinated with sea salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, seaweed, and chopped chili pepper

wild caught coho lomi lomi salmon fresh tomato and salmon salad

lau lau ono, butter fish, toasted sesame, wrapped in tea leaf with pineapple chutney

kalua pig kona coffee rub, poi and cabbage salad

coconut cake macadamia nut ice cream and guava syrup

 

exotic fresh tiki cocktails and craft beers
