our concept at fire is a simple one: perfectly prepared food and drink at reasonable prices, in an exciting atmosphere. we create simple foods with innovative presentations using the best quality ingredients. we also provide friendly, efficient and professional service staff to make sure that all your needs are met. our menu is focused on classic american foods using the freshest ingredients. this means our menu changes seasonally. we offer a variety of meats and fish, prepared in our wood-fired ovens.

atmosphere

the kitchen is the focal point of the restaurant and has counter seating available. the décor combines the historic charm of the 1929 space with modern style that brings the building to life. the space contains natural colors and textures, sexy lighting and fresh flowers. fire consists of 120 seats and a party room that seats up to 35. during the summer fire has a sidewalk patio on shaker square.

ingredients

The chefs at fire use only the best seasonal produce and finest meats, fish and specialty goods available. We support local farmers at the North Union Farmer’s Market including: Killibuck Valley, Ohio Honey Company, Wolfe Farm, Raymar Farm, Tea Hill Farm and Veggie Valley as well as regional farmers including: Covered Bridge Gardens, Goatfeathers Point Farm, Hudson Valley Foie Gras, Rittman Orchards, Lake Erie Creamery, Lucky Penny Farm, Mackenzie Creamery, and Snake Hill Farm.
